Today I have a
video of a workout you can do at home in less than 5 minutes.
These 5 exercises will include:
- Warming up the shoulders and hips
- Upper and lower body strength
- Coordination
(turn your
speakers on)
You can write down this list of exercises if you want to refer to them
in the future:
- Arms
Diagonal Swing - 10 each arm. Warms up the shoulders.
- Hula
Hoops - 10 each way. Warms up the hips and lower back.
- Diagonal
Hip Extension - 10 each leg. Strengthens the
glutes and hamstrings.
- Bent
Row - 10 each arm. Strengthens the
biceps and upper back muscles. (One handweight is optional
but recommended)
- Diagonal
Lunge and Reach - 10-20 total. Coordination.
